- Maternity and Postpartum Support
- Healing Support Group is a heart-centered weekly support group that uses storytelling & healing through dialogue for parents.
- Arullo y Masajito is an in-person self-soothing and massage class for babies and parents.
- Conscious Nutrition Class focuses on using food as medicine.
- Prenatal Yoga is open to clients and all communities.
- Abriendo Puertas (parents and families with babies (0-5 years).
- Baby showers are held every 3 months to support growing families. No baby or parent is left without.
- Celebration with food, music, clothes, and essentials for mom and baby.
