Opening Doors (ON SITE) Abriendo Puertas
Program for pregnant mothers and families with babies from 0-5 months with topics about leadership in our homes, taking initiative of the necessities the family needs in means of making the home a safe space for ourselves. Putting each other first in the home for our valued family will help guide our children to become leaders for the next generation. The goal is to discover that we have the capability of making bigger changes for a better future to our children.

Infant Massage (On Site)
Mothers and babies younger than 12 months are welcome to learn massage techniques that promote child development and healthy growth. This environment reinforces areas that help language, physical, socioemotional, and cognitive functions.

Maternity & Postpartum (Virtual)
The aftercare of childbirth is very important, there’s concerns, tension, sadness, and an irregularity of hormones. The goal is to educate and provide emotional support so that every mother who has to go through this after childbirth doesn’t feel like they are alone and to have all of the support necessary for them and their baby.

Labor Preparation
Inform yourself by knowing your rights in each hospital and identify your labor preferences with BCCC. We cover the importance of labor exercises for relaxation, positivity, and enjoying the process of your birth because you are in control. In this class, we will come to understand the measures of comfort, and medicinal interventions. educate and inform a pregnant person.
